What we collect
- Inquiry and booking forms: your name, business email, company name, website, the challenge you describe, your preferred contact method, and phone number or call times if you give them.
- Project brief: the business and project information you choose to enter.
- Technical data: standard request data such as IP address and browser type when you load a page.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site. It may set cookies and collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser type. We do not use advertising trackers or social media pixels.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange a call.
- To prepare a proposal and deliver services you agree to.
- To keep business records and protect this website from spam and abuse.
We do not sell personal information. Inquiries sent through this website are not used to train AI models.

Browser storage
After you submit a form, your first name and the form type are kept in your browser’s session storage so the thank-you page can greet you. It is cleared when you close the tab. Google Analytics may also set cookies as described above.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don’t lead to work are kept only as long as needed to follow up, then deleted. Client records are kept as long as needed for the project and for legal, tax and accounting requirements.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@aerolis.ai. We will respond as promptly as we can.
Security
We use encrypted connections and restricted access to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
